The paperwork was ready to go and very easy to understand and complete. Justin made the process painless. Next Andy took us out on the water and let us experience all the features. It had been several years since I driven any kind of boat so I was a bit unsure. Andy was great at explaining everything so the process was relaxing and fun.

Last fall, our family purchased a new 2023 Malibu 23 LSV from the crew at Inland Boat Company. After what seemed like a very long winter, we finally pulled the boat out of storage, got on the water for the first time, and wow!!! The 23 LSV delivers and is one amazing boat. Fit, finish, and performance on the water have far exceeded our expectations. The boat’s factory and custom surf presets make dialing in a consistent great surf wave an absolute breeze. The wave height, overall pocket size, and face quality point to one finely tuned piece of technology. When doing research as to what boat to buy, there is a reason other dealers compare their boats to Malibu. I’ve surfed those other boats and Malibu is second to none!

Inland Experience: Our first impression of Inland began with Jimmy Wright. He is an unquestionable boat expert and best of all a no pressure sales rep. He was very patient and always accessible. After reaching a purchase agreement, it became immediately apparent Inland’s staff is invested in the sale of every boat. Justin Girard handled the closing in record time. Jimmy and Andy Ceh were both available on the date of pick up. After discovering a few minor issues, Inland resolved them to our absolute satisfaction. Andy Ceh even volunteered to drive 3 hours roundtrip to pick up the boat, and Jimmy delivered it a short time thereafter. Then, one week before our daughter’s birthday, we accidently got a tow rope tangled in the prop and damaged one of the pylon seals. Kristopher in the Inland Service Department repaired our boat in only 4 business days. We didn’t even miss a weekend on the water!

In closing, we give our highest recommendation to Malibu and the entire team at Inland!

Excellent, engaged staff. Andy took several hours of his time to take us out on the water to test a boat. He made sure we were happy with the type of boat we were considering. The platinum boat delivery was above and beyond what we were expecting. Andy delivered the boat and spent several more hours with us on the lake (on a holiday weekend) to make sure we were comfortable with the controls and all functions of the boat. Afterward, he took the time to photograph, video, and write up our old boat to help us sell on the market place. Thanks Andy and Inland for a great experience with our first dealership boat purchase!

This is absolutely hands down the best boat operation I have ever worked with. Many dealers today are only about selling boats with limited service capability (often only for the boats they sell). Inland boats is truly a full service operation. I drove 4 hours from MD to get some help with my 2013 wakesetter based on their reviews. They exceeded my expectations! Kris in service is outstanding and manages a huge workload (bc they are awesome and therefore busy). They still delivered my boat super fast. Kris kept me in the loop all the way through the process. Mike is amazing and was able to diagnose a really weird electrical problem and he didn’t just swap the part out but also corrected an electrical connection fixing it permanently. Don helped get me back on the water and run down the right parts needed to fix my fuel relay and also my gel coat codes so I could clean up a couple of voids. Andrew was super helpful getting me checked in and checked out. Inland boats will continue to have my business as by far the best tow boat dealer I have ever worked with.
