I went in with the intention of buying several specific things from the pro shop and checking out a boat but I wanted to ask some questions first. I was ignored by the staff in the pro shop for 15 mins while looking through the ski section. I went over to the boat dealership side and had the same problem. One admin from the back asked if I had questions and I said yes but that I’d been ignored. She said sorry about that and walked away. I was carrying my 1 year old daughter this whole time and would have appreciated some basic customer service. I will not be going back there to purchase anything.

I bought my kidder comp ski from Pat over 30 years ago and I am still skiing on it at 63 years old and still love it. Just bought new gloves from them and boy do they help you on the starts.

I was a little hesitant at first, but at the end of the day I am very satisfied with my order and customer service experience. I live in Canada, and had a difficult time tracking down a big & tall life jacket. I read their policies and instructions for international shipping and accepted payment methods, and they delivered exactly as advertised. Very happy with the quality of the vest and most importantly, it is a comfortable fit. I would recommend this establishment for any fellow Canadians that are in need of a big & tall life jacket. Pat is great. He knows his stuff and he has helped me with the purchase of many tournament skis over the years. He's always willing to work with us for special setups and we leave knowing we got a competitive deal and were able to benefit from his many years of experience. He's also been good about exchanges if something is not working for us which is often not true of the online stores. There is a reason Pat has been able to make a go of his shop in that same location for all these years. He's the best around!

I thought the people at Water Ski World were very helpful and knowledgeable. They gave me great advice in purchasing a new ski, and I am very happy with it. Their prices were also very comparable to online stores. The store has a small store feel, but they still had a really good selection and prices. Overall, my experience was very good and I would definitely return there and recommend it to friends.

Horrible experience. Ordered HO hardshell boot on a Friday. Got a call from the store on Monday at 5pm telling me they were now out of stock due to high sales over the weekend. When I asked why they didn't pull my order on Friday and waited until Monday, I was told it was due to high sales over the weekend. It was obvious to me that they waited to pull my order and ship it until Monday instead of pulling it on Friday when I ordered it. Very disappointing.

This is a review from an out-of-town (South America) shopper. All staff went the extra mile to help me find the right size wetsuit for my cousin. I went shopping at the store while on vacation. I was looking for wetsuit and other gifts my young cousin and other relatives. I could not see the difference between mens and womens wetsuits because they looked the same. I saw a sunburned sales person there about 18 years old who was about the same height and size as my 15 year old cousin. Even though he was painfully sunburned, he agreed to try on the wetsuit to make sure it fit before he sold it to me, and he made sure it was a mens wetsuit, not womens.

When it came time to pay, all my credit/debit cards were from South America. Patrick Kennelly, the older man who owns the store, was friendly and helpful to try different cards until he found one that accepted. I got my shopping done. No other store would have done this for me.
