I have taken multiple pairs of boots to Frank. He is a true craftsman and a very nice guy as well. I cannot recommend him more highly. He is so good at what he does, he can sometimes get pretty busy. But quality work takes time. You won't be disappointed.

Friendly, outgoing owner who cares about his craft. I took in a new pair of Allen Edmunds horse-bit loafers to have a protective outer sole added to the shoes. The job was done with a great deal of care and skill. I was extremely pleased with the work, and the price was reasonable. The only downside was that it took more than two weeks to do the work. To be fair, the owner asked me if I needed the shoes done right away, and I said I was in no hurry and he could take his time and do a great job. I’m sure he would have completed the job faster if I were in a hurry. I would definitely go back again. I highly recommend this shop.

Frank is absolutely fantastic! First of all his customer service is unmatched. He really cares about getting back to his clients and you never feel like just a number at one of those standard corporate places. It’s really hard to find places like this these days. I will definitely be coming back!

Great place, honest, and local business!

I brought in my pair of Thursdays to get repaired, and he did an outstanding job and cleaned them up like new.

Specifically I needed to get the heals tacked back on because a shop in Houston didn’t put long enough nails to keep them on. 🫠

Anyway, I’m bring all my boots here.

I really do wish I had before pictures of the boots I dropped off. I left my luchesse ostrich in the hands of frank and asked for a full resole and a shine. I dropped them off on Tuesday and asked if they could be done by Friday although I know the world does not run on my schedule Frank made it happen. When he sent photos of my boots done and ready for pick up I was shocked. I don’t know Frank nor am I from the area where his boot and shoe repair store is, I also was not referred by anyone I simply went off of the google rating so I’m back to let others know about my experience with this cobbler. I will be using this location for all future boot repair. Thank you Frank the boots are amazing!!

I had a wonderful experience at Crosby Shoe Repair. The owner was the most friendly and understanding person I have met. I had not picked up my shoes for a while, and considering he hadn’t gotten paid, that did not stop him from demonstrating excellent customer service when I finally arrived for my shoes. He did an EXCELLENT job on my four pairs of heels. This business is not close to me, but the excellent customer service was worth it! I will definitely return. Highly recommended!! Very reasonable prices!!!

Well I dropped off a tired pair of boots that I have made love for and Frank made them look super duper. I feel like I have many more years of life with them. When I dropped them off he explained the price and gave me the option to just ditch them. I appreciated his transparency. He’s a busy guy but worth the wait. Now I’m going over all my shoes to see who needs a refresh from Frank. I regret I don’t have before and after shots.
