I had an amazing experience at Maida’s. I purchased a pair of leather Hermes sandals that were severely damaged in the front & top of the leather during my first wear. After Hermes refused to do anything and told me it was impossible to fix them, I found Maida’s. Maida’s did an amazing job color matching the paint for the leather and repairing the damage. It looks like new! Thank you for saving my shoes.

Amazing handmade shoes and boots from a world renowned artist, amazing shoe repair and the best customer service. I will definitely be coming back. The artist actually walked me around and explained the whole shoe making process which was just spectacular.

I can't speak highly enough on the quality of bespoke boots Sal Maida built me. These boots fit PERFECTLY and look AMAZING. I get compliments on them whenever I wear them. I first met Sal for our consultation appointment where I described the style of boots I wanted (durango) and then selected the leather (caiman crocodile). He took precise measurements of my feet, all while he explained the pride and joy he took in his craft.

I've had a pair of ostrich boots for 4-5 years with LOTS of use and they were really starting to look bad.. I was on my 3rd heel and it was time for a new sole. I checked around town at a few places and I was pretty hesitant about who I would let work on my boots. After going into to Maida's and talking with the staff I felt that they were absolutely a place to be trusted. Both owners were there working and introduced themselves and one of them even stopped and talked to me for 10 minutes or so. Today when I picked my boots I was VERY impressed! They resoled them, put on a new heel, new white stitching and reconditioned the leather. I could barely recognize them! They made a lifetime customer today and I would recommend this store to anyone!
