Good customer service but workman ship is not consistent.
Came in with some Ariat boots that I’ve had for about 5 years that had the soles coming off the boot went and picked them up and saw clumps of glue on the boot and the heel have gaps of glue. When asked if it could get cleaned they said it was pretty bad but that all they could do. Be cautious of what you bring and take a good look of the work after.

Rodeo Shoe Repair is the best I brought my blue n red boots for Julia to design and she did her thing love them y’all they also sell boots belts hats !!!! They deserve more than 5 stars!!!!

Don't be misled by the name "Rodeo" or all of the cowboy gear that they have displayed. They are the BEST shop for repairing high end mens dress shoes. I've had my Italian shoes re-soled at many different places and Rodeo Shoe Repair provides by far the best quality and value. I consistently use their services to maintain my shoe collection. Likewise, they have helped me repair other leather goods that would have otherwise needed to be replaced. This store is a true hidden gem!
