Very disappointed, had my doubts and should’ve never step foot in this place. Brought in two pairs of retro 11’s to get the soles re glued, worst mistake i did. They damaged the upper leather and left glue residue all over the shoes. Nothing professional about that. I showed them the damages and they said; “they are very difficult shoes to work on”. Dont take expensive items for repairs to these folks. They are not capable of repairing quality things.

I dropped off to Louis Vuitton purses to get fixed and cleaned. They look the same they still had crumbs in it from when I dropped it off so basically I paid them to babysit my Louis Vuitton purses for seven days. They did absolutely nothing. I do not recommend this place are horrible.

He did a great job repairing the heel on my boot but he also polished both boots. Amazing service!

If your go to University Mall in Tampa looking for the old shoe repair shop that was just inside the entrance and on the left. Well the new owners have relocated the shop and it is in the mall just around the corner of the old shop and are on the left side. The new upgraded shop still does excellent low cost quick shoe repairs. And the new owner has added several services and products for customers. They have a custom perfume bar, jewelry, and custom logo tee shirts. Still the same friendly service. I recommend them.

They folks do great work.

I had a roll on bag that needed a zipper replacement. They did not do it but referred to another place that did that kind of work to that bag.

They have repaired shoes before for my family quickly and professionally.

This quality of work and customer service is hard to find. I hope they stay in the area .
