My newest favorite store! Came a few months ago to buy jeans and the employees were so helpful. They quickly helped me demystify the sizing and made recommendations for cut and size. She stayed with me until I found what I liked. I was so grateful to find jeans that actually fit! Visited again recently to purchase shoes and boots; their selection is fabulous. There is such a wide array of footwear. It has a hometown feel and we love shopping there.

Love this store! Employees were all so helpful and the store was organized, easy to navigate. Stopped in for the first time today and will be back to visit another one of their locations in search of the perfect pair of jeans in my size. 🙂 Worth the drive, if you’re not local to them.

Went there a few days ago, when we walked in they said the credit card machine was down and has not been working properly for days and of course we didn't take cash. (strike one) so we looked around for a little bit. My daughter needed new boots for rodeo, and I was looking for a brown cowboy hat. I told them they did not have a very large selection of cowboy hats.They said that's because they are going to do inventory, so they are not ordering any more merchandise until after inventory is done.... (strike 2) Sounds like a horrible way to run a business to me. Now I hear from a friend of mine that they refused to allow their 3 year old to use their bathroom.(strike 3) I will never return to this place, and I actually hope they go out of business. I've heard more negative things from other friends regarding this place as well.

This is a must stop when we visit FL every year. Large selection of boots, clothing & even some tack! You can even get your hat shaped there as well!

Terrible, abusive staff with knock off, over priced products. I was already disgusted with the lack of quality apparel when upon leaving I witnessed the workers including the manager deny a crying 3 year old child their restroom. Evil people. Never give them a dime!

I'm changing my review that I lowered to 1 star from its original 5 star now to 4. After having the issue with the exchange of the incorrect size of belt that was purchased, and the staff not being on the same page, (The original staff accepting the exchange without any tags, but the second exchange requiring tags and refusing the exchange) I have been able to get everything resolved.

I recently visited this store like I always love doing. We parked in the front and a boat caught our eye next door, so we walked to the side fence to look at it. Several employees opened the side door at elis, questioning us as if to say we should have parked next door to look at the boat. We explained that it caught our eye briefly and we were coming into their store. While in the store looking around we were asked by multiple employees if we needed help. We like to just look and denied needing any assistance. My young energetic son was getting anxious standing around as we shopped and accidently knocked over several rows of hey dudes in boxes. As I picked them all up, trying to place them back into the same rows they belonged, not one employee came asking to help. I would have denied needing help due to the fact that it was my sons fault but for all the times I was asked earlier to not have anyone come to lend a hand was disappointing. I have loved spending time and money in this store over the years but was sadly disappointed this day.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I have NEVER experienced customer service as bad as Eli’s. Do NOT order from them online!! My white Resistol hat was supposed to be in new condition. I paid $180 for it. I called the store before placing the order online and I was assured that it had “minimal” dust on it from where it’s been kept in the box. Fast forward a few days later and the hat arrived in absolute terrible condition. First, it wasn’t even packaged in a shipping box. It was wrapped in kraft paper like a Christmas present and the packing tape absolutely ruined the Resistol box. It was around an hour from when I received the package to when I emailed customer service. Ashley told me their hats NEVER go out in this condition and insinuated that I had been the one to put it in that condition. She then said she would look into it and later said the girls who packaged it did so “in front of their security cameras” and that I should open up a claim with UPS since this condition must have been caused by them. Eventually Sam told my husband to send it back for a refund before hanging up on him. Online shoppers and customers in general, beware!!!
