Alors merci à elle ! Je repars heureuse de mon expérience dans cette boutique et cela grâce uniquement a une seule personne car le reste de l’équipe n’était pas très sympathique …

If I could give more stars I would, but 5 is at least the minimum I could’ve given for Chase and Fran at this location. The hospitality was absolutely insane. I felt like a family member walking into the store and left making one of the best purchases of my trip. I was truly in awe of how amazing the staff was and how knowledgeable they are with the product. I would highly recommend going into this storefront and receiving the best help from these amazing people!

Went here today around 2:00 and had an amazing customer service experience. I came in to buy a baby present and was immediately greeted and helped, I can’t recall the name but the gentleman who assisted us in the customization shop was extremely helpful, timely and friendly 10/10 would purchase here again thank you to the whole team.

Chase should be nominated as the best high-caliber professional salesperson in NYC. He is fast, energetic, remembers his customers even if they didn’t make a purchase, resourceful, and accurate. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the tall lady who worked in the evening.

This location knowingly sells defective/worn products. I went in to buy a pair of boots in my size, and upon checkout they appeared to swap the boxes in the back for a shoe that had already been worn or was defective. How do I know this? These employees wrote “final sale” on the top of the receipt and refused to take the product back when I addressed these concerns. Shady. Told me to “fill out a warranty form”… so you mean to tell me you knew the product was defective and you still sold it to a customer, thereby making it their problem? Will be forwarding the store # and salesperson ID # to Timberland corporate & pursuing this to the nth degree.
