An overdue thank you to Jovie. I brought a pair of sandals to Vince's Village early in the summer when the strap uniquely came out on the left shoe. Jovie understood immediately what needed to be done. Four weeks later, the strap was fixed beautifully.

Shortly after, the same thing happened to the other shoe. I went to another cobbler, hoping for the work to be done quicker in time for an event, and sorely regretted my decision. Not only did they attach the strap sticking out, but they had sewn into the leather instead of the seam. I ran over to Vince's immediately to explain what happened. They repaired the strap in under a week so that I could wear them to my event.

I have since worn these shoes for 8+ hours running around the city and I can tell that they reinforced the stitching when they repaired them. Their attention to detail and quality of their work is unmatched. I will only be coming to Vince's from now on!

I brought my gold Gucci slides to Vince’s Cobbler for a much-needed revamp. The gold had started peeling, and they looked horrible, even though the bottom was still in great condition. Vince’s Cobbler did an amazing job and brought my slides back to life! They look brand new again. Thank you so much for your excellent craftsmanship!

Brought a vintage Fendi bag here to have the entire zipper replaced (not just the zipper head) and it matches perfectly. It is good as new. The leather is nicely conditioned and I’m so pleased with my bag. Also brought a backpack that the zipper broke on and they were able to diagnose the problem and only charge me for what the issue truly was! Every time I call they somehow know what order is mine which is impressive given how many orders they have. Love this place 🙂

Absolutely disgraceful
Dropped off my fendi bag 2 different times the did not match the side seams owner Alena laughs in your face when you are upset after paying $530 non refundable as you can see in the picture the side seam is in a completely different part not matching up with the bag this is the SECOND TIME . As for the bag to be tucked in they didn’t do that AGAIN. ZERO STARS. Owner Alena laughs in your face when asked is it not normal to line up the sides seams?

I cannot say enough wonder things about this cobbler. I am addicted to my Birkenstocks and I have quite a collection of bright colors that the brand does not manufacturer anymore. My favorite are my ‘spa blue’ which are over 10 years old and the soles were worn to the nub and just the straps were able to be saved. I have super flat feet so I simply can’t wear these shoes unless the foot bed and soles are pristine. I searched the Birkenstock website and found that Vince’s is a certified refurbishing establishment. So I brought my beloved spa blues and I was not disappointed! They look and feel brand new. I have been wearing these for about 2 months and look how perfect they are! I will definitely be bringing more of my Birkenstock treasures to Vince’s which, by the way, costs the same or a little less than buying new ones. Thank you!
