I live in the neighborhood and have been eyeing the Coachella boot for a while. Amanda had closed up the store as it was past closing time. The door was adjacent and she welcomed me in! I couldn’t be more appreciative - she was so kind, genuine, and truly believed in these boots. She gave such great brand detail and was truly so sweet and went the extra mile - she did not rush me as I tried on two different sizes. As I was checking out I asked her where she lived and found out she had to commute all the way back to Jersey. Finding this out just added another layer - I’m truly grateful she took the time. Also, I’m someone who suffers from buyers remorse and she made me feel so good about supporting Stivali as she filled me in on the company and its values.
Highly recommend this brand, especially for their customer service! Go see Amanda!! Will be back soon for a second pair

I had the most wonderful experience at the Stivali store in New York! The customer service there is BEYOND. I happened upon the store and had so much fun trying on different boots with Alessandra's support I forgot I was shopping! This store truly has the most beautifully crafted and comfortable shoes. Thank you to Alessandra for quickly shipping the boots I purchased with the kindest hand written note. Opening this box brought a big smile today 😀

This place is almost too good to be true. Yet here I am wearing a pair of high end, unique and comfortable shoes for less than $200 and they are the real deal. I think I'll be wearing these for many years. And the customer service was above and beyond.
