Tyler's expertise at Surefoot took my skiing to the next level. It was truly night and day from my old boots to the new ones. Suddenly, I was skiing every day without needing a break and trying trails I never would have considered in my old boots. When I went back for some minor adjustments, he listened, took tons of time to make them perfect and was just incredibly nice. Your ski boots make such a huge difference in your enjoyment of and confidence in the sport. It was well worth it to have someone who really knows what they're doing help me find the perfect boot for me. This is highly personalized, individualized fitting. Highly recommend.

First off, amazing ski boots. The most comfortable boots I have ever owned. Secondly, amazing service! Maia and Tyler were more than kind to me, extremely knowledgeable, and excited to help me. I got a custom pair of boots back in 2020, but after losing some weight needed an adjustment because my feet changed. I went to Surefoot NYC today and got a new foot scan, new orthotics, and new custom liners (the foam fitting technology they have) all completely for free because they honored the lifetime warranty of the boots for me. Really amazing!! Thanks again Maia and Tyler - have a great season!

I highly recommend Surefoot in NYC if you’re in the market for new boots. I had a few pairs in mind and Casey from the Surefoot team did an excellent job in explaining the pros and cons of various boots and he set me up with an incredible pair of Nordica Ultimate 120s that I hadn’t originally considered. The boots are extremely comfortable thanks to the custom molds and some other tweaks that Casey made to the boot. If you’re willing to spend a little extra money for top notch boots I suggest stopping by this location and asking for Casey. Best decision I’ve made when it comes to skiing.

This is now my second ski boot fitting experience at Surefoot in NYC, and the service has been top-notch on both occasions! You can't ask for more of a professional experience than what you'll get at Surefoot. John was great to work with buying my first set of ski boots, and Maya has been outstanding, helping me out on the second set of boots that I've purchased at the NYC location.

The nice thing about buying your boots from Surefoot is that there are many locations scattered around the major US ski resorts. If you find yourself having a problem with your boots, there is a high probability that a Surefoot is around the area you are visiting to address the issue. In any event, I highly recommend purchasing ski boots here. It is definitely worth the premium.

Coulter Fogg went the extra mile to hook me up before a big ski trip to Park City!
I invested in a pair of Surefoot boots in Park City a few seasons ago, but despite the hard work of a number of Surefoot’s technicians over a couple of seasons in PC and NYC, they could not get the fit up to their guaranteed level of comfort. I was about to give up on them, but I gave it one last shot and Tyler Cataldo in the NYC shop was able to replace my boots under Surefoot’s satisfaction guarantee. Tyler was not able to be in the shop when I needed to come in before my trip, but he had things set up and Coulter stepped up to get me fitted on time, even staying long after closing time.

This was my first experience with Surefoot. I've struggled with boots that fit right because I have a 107 last width. I booked an appointment online and was immediately greeted at the door by a sales rep named Maia. She was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. After analyzing my feet and answering several questions she got me exactly what I was looking for. She made a few tweaks after I tried them on and my new boots fit and feel great!
