Buzz’s Marine was a fabulous place for us to purchase our first boat. The whole process was not only comfortable, it was fun. We left feeling confident and content that we spent our money at a place that cares for customers. We could tell that each person we encountered cared about the experience we had. Josh was extremely knowledgeable and patient throughout our changing needs and helped us find we truly wanted in our first boat. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and never once rushed us, always giving us honest and genuine advice. Every person we encountered at Buzz’s was so kind to us and the conversations kept our minds busy while we had spent time waiting for everything to be finalized. We spent some time with Kristin and she was the cherry on top of the whole experience. She brought on the fun when we were waiting on our own financing and made it so much more enjoyable. Mitch gave us our run through at the end and answered every question we had and gave great recommendations on what we would need for the water. We did have one other man help us with some accessories — I didn’t get his name but he was phenomenal as well. The entire crew is 10/10 and someone was always checking in on us. We left knowing things about some of their families and they heard quite a bit of stories from us as well. I’m telling you, we have NEVER had a better experience buying anything than what we experienced at Buzz’s. We left feeling like we were part of a family and will give them our business for many years to come.

Josh and everyone at Buzz’s was very friendly and treated me like family.I drove 12 hours all the way from Tennessee to purchase my boat. That’s how great of a deal they offered me.Josh even answered the phone on his off day while fishing to answer any questions I had . The boat developed problems shortly after purchasing it and Buzz's marine worked hard to get it repaired for me when they could have turned their back on me. Troy was awesome.
