My team at work wanted a unique “bonding day” so we rented one of their pontoons. It was fun. We grilled pizza and had a great time exploring the river. The staff (thank you Alejandro and Hank!) were very nice and helpful. Gave clear safety instructions and the boat was easy to drive. I’d recommend and will be going again soon I hope. Thanks

This was a great experience. Rented Bbq pontoon for my family of 8. Staff super friendly, boat super clean and comfortable. The pizza provided was good. The boat was easy to drive. 10/10 recommend. Great views of the city!!

Such a nice experience, I recommend it to everyone! The staff was very nice with us, they explained how to drive the boat, the rules, where to turn...the pepperoni pizza that was included was delicious! We will return for sure. Thank you! ✌?

I booked this cruise to extend my birthday celebration. The boat was easy to navigate, and the rules were clear. There was free parking in a spacious lot. The employees were helpful and willing to assist with any questions my group had. The only negative thing I have to say is that during the check-in process, a deposit was requested. The employee explicitly said that the card would not be charged and it would only be a temporary hold that would be released in a couple of hours. However, there was a charge to the card used and the funds were not released. Being more transparent about the deposit would have made the experience more pleasant, as I wouldn't have felt manipulated into thinking the funds would be available when told. Overall, the boat ride itself was a pleasant experience, and I would recommend it.

Absolutely wonderful experience and the best way to spend a Sunday! It was super simple to book online and park/find the location. My friends were in town for the weekend and we were all able to have a private experience on the water and have some delicious pizza provided by Rich and Christina. We also ordered ahead and grabbed some seafood from Lawrence's for the ride, the shrimp was so good! I've done the architecture tour a few times but for a similar price this was by far a way better experience. In the two hours we were able to see both routes, but I would highly recommend going past the river walk as the sights were gorgeous. Great customer service, amazing views, great music and tons of spectacular photos! A must do Chicago experience!

My friends & I had an amazing experience at BBQ Pontoon & all agreed that the value for what we paid was outstanding. We were able to sign the waiver & go over safety information quickly & efficiently. Then we were told we could board the boat & get an early start on our 2-hour boat ride. The boat was clean & easy to operate. We loved being able to cook the two pizzas & cruise the river while listening to music. So many laughs & good memories. Docking also went smoothly. All of BBQ Pontoon staff was so friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Hank and Alejandro were the best! The views and experiences made my trip! I cannot describe the euphoria I felt floating down the Chicago river. This was the highlight of my trip, and the service provided to me was exponential. If you want to this cities most famous buildings the bbq pontoon is your greatest access point.
