Mal servicio hicimos una reserva para el domingo 10 de noviembre 2024 a las 7 am. El señor quedó de vernos en la rampa para entregarnos el bote y nunca llegó después lo llamó mi esposo y nunca contestó llegamos a la puerta y tampoco contestó nos dio su número de teléfono personal y tampoco contestó, esperamos a que regresara la llamada y nunca regresó la llamada definitivamente no regresaremos al lugar. Por favor primero ve los comentarios de la gente. Nosotros cometimos el error de no leer de echo no teníamos señal para leer los comentarios, pongo una estrella por que no me deja poner cero

DO NOT USE THIS SCAMMING PLACE. Made a reservation to rent a 19’ boat & have it docked at our rental for 2 1/2 days. Talked to the owner & office lady Lily. Seemed great. Provided credit card information & received a confirmation from Lily. Day comes to go in person to sign the contract to get the boat. We drove by 3 different times & knocked on the door. No answer. I emailed Lily & no reply. We called numerous times and it just ring several times, then go to VM. We still have yet to receive any communication about our rental. From the other reviews below seems like they have new owners & many issues. We really wanted to go out on the lake and this place is the only boat rental we could find!

Simplistic Fishing

What a wonderful experience!! Chris and his wife were super helpful from start to finish. The boat ran great with no problems and we really enjoyed our time. Chris has the aluminum boats setup with everything you need to catch your PB.

If you need a way to get out on the water at an affordable price, this is the best place hands down!!!

The check-in process was really easy. We pulled up to the office around 4:50pm the Friday before Father's Day and were able to pul up to the boat. Lake Fork Boat Rental quickly debited $880 from our bank account.
On the way to the boat ramp, the tire blew out on the trailer. We called Brandon sevral times with n o answer. After 2 hours, the girl that works at the front told us to leave the boat on the side of the road and they would credit us back for Friday evening and deliver the boat to the dock at our rental at 7:30am on Saturday.
Brandon finally showed up around 10:30am Saturday dragging the trailer as he didn't bring the tools to change the tire. He borrowed a hammer to repair the bent tire frame, changed the tire, and finally got the boat on the water about 11:30am.
The girl at the front desk told me that after all boats were launched that day she would be in touch with a credit for Saturday morning as well as we were not on the water that morning.
We were able to fish Saturday afternoon, evening and all day Sunnday.
Monday, Brandon was scheduled to pick the boat up at 9am but asked if we could drive it to another boat ramp as he needed to deliver the same boat to another customer (keep in mind, they had already charged us a full day.)
After reaching out numerous times regarding the credit we were due and not receiving an answer, I decided to leave a review. $880 for a day and a half of usage is pretty steep...
I will say these guys have it figured out though... they are the only boat rental place on Lake Fork so I guess it doesn't matter how poor their customer service is.

We had a great experience renting from Ricky's. The people and the service from the initial phone call to the boat turn in was fabulous. The boat ran perfect all weekend and was fully loaded with everything we needed. I wish they had a location at every lake, so we could always deal with them.

Year 4 was unfortunately a disappointment. From poor communication to boats breaking down.

Day 1: They were an hour and a half late to the scheduled drop off time. Also, One of our boats also broke down and we had to go tow them in to the dock. Couldn’t fish from 4pm-8pm.

Day 2: After getting back from a quick bite around 4pm, our bass boat wasn’t starting. Batteries were dead and the gas tank compartment was quickly filling with water , on the verge of sinking. I called the office before they closed and was told they’d “get back to me” . They came out around 9pm to retrieve the boat but I was still left without a boat and a solution.

The morning of our last Day. I tried calling the office multiple times but was sent straight to voicemail even though we were still without a boat. My father called on another line and was able to get through first try. They didn’t have another boat for us to rent and would need to see what they could do as far as a refund. I’m usually not one to complain but this trip was one to forget. Jackie, please come back.

Amazing people who delivered amazing service. First time my friends and I ever rented a boat, or even driven one. They guided us before we hit the waters with instructions and showed us the different features. We were on the lake with no problems! Lake Fork was unfortunately a tough one to fish around the time of year we went but overall was a great experience. Thank you Lake Fork Boat Rental team again!

Jackie and Chris are awesome! First time here. The rental process was seamless and smooth. Chris was a pleasure to work with and a very nice young man. Jackie knows her stuff and was welcoming. We would definitely recommend people to rent from them. Boats are in good condition, equipped with everything you need and it's ready to go. They delivered the boat to our slip at Pope's Landing and it was a smooth transition. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
