Absolutely shockingly bad business. I booked the spa session and drove from Omagh to attend with partner. When we arrived there was no one around, no one at reception, the gates were closed, the spa was closed and their phone number doesn’t work.
We had to ask at The Smoke restaurant who took amazing care of us and who phoned the manager of Let’s Go Hydro to see to us. After half an hour someone came and told us the spa was closed and we should have been called but we weren’t.
I have a very stressful job and was very much looking forward to a relaxing evening. Instead we spent 30 minutes traipsing around the centre looking for someone in charge. Disgusted. Was told after the drive from Omagh that we would get ‘a refund’ - I think that is the very least you could do for a service not rendered.
Was told this was usual behaviour for Let’s Go Hydro. Don’t waste money here if you don’t want to be disappointed.

Brilliant!! Booked an hour with my two boys aged 11 and 13 on the inflatables. Had so much fun, would of loved to stay on longer but I'm 52 and was knackered. Felt totally safe the whole time had loads of fun and the guys on the course were great fun too.

Went to drive in cinema to see a movie showing, staff were friendly and helpful, guided us where needed to get parked as quick as possible. Prompt in providing pizza. No technical issues, all went smoothly and was offered a spare radio if required.

Dog poo on one of the exit bays on the inflatable. Staff knew it was there and still hadn't dealt with it even when I mentioned it! Disgusting that someone would throw it over onto a place where children could easily slide into, but worse that staff didn't deal with it. A lot of thick green algae under inflatables too, sanitation of the aqua park is questionable. And no showers in changing rooms so make sure you're driving straight home afterwards. Not even a hair dryer to warm kids up. Slides etc were enjoyable for kids, but experience was marred by the uncleanliness. I won't be back.

Booked in for the event Roar Roar Dinosour only to find out on the day that the event was cancelled.
There was no communication to say that was the case. There was no signage or anything to show you where to go for the event and not a single staff member in sight. We had to walk the whole campus (8 months pregnant and a 5 year old) just to find someone hidden away in a trailer that told us that her husband was diagnosed with cancer and didn’t have the chance to email the cancellation. While I am sorry to hear about what he has to go through, it does not change the poor organisation and communication of this event.

Halloween drive in movie experience - they cancelled Beetlejuice due to rights which is unfortunate but understandably out of their hands. They sent an email to inform people but didn’t make any other attempt to contact ticket holders. In the email they gave the options of the replacement movie, move the tickets to one of the other movie options or a refund. However, the replacement movie was not appropriate for children (Rocky Horrow Show) so we chose to move to the hocus Pocus showing on the same night but 2 hours earlier. I tried ringing multiple times but they have a constant automated message at all times of the day saying their lines are busy and to email, I emailed as requested, with no response, I tried ringing again multiple times and sent a message via Facebook messenger. Someone quickly responded to Facebook messenger confirming the switch to hocus Pocus and advised to bring our original booking confirmation. On the day of the movie, as we were travelling there, we received an email to say that hocus Pocus was in fact fully booked.

Whilst let’s go hydro did offer to change our booking to the next night, this didn’t help with the car load of disappointed children and the fact that the alternative date wasn’t suitable for us. And as previously stated, our booking had been confirmed just 24 hours prior to this.

I appreciate the original reason for moving the show was out of the company’s hands, but their lack of available customer services to help those impacted, move their bookings was very poor and then confirming our booking via Facebook and then cancelling as we made out way is incredibly disappointing.

I have requested a full refund which I hope will be issued in a timely manner given the inconvenience and disappointment already caused.

I wouldn’t even rate a star at all . First of all the bugs in the bed that led me getting bites all over my body! Also going to the cafe . All the workers were so blunt and unfriendly in the cafe. They didn’t know how to smile ?
I have now had to come to here because over 2 weeks from I stayed and I still have not received my refund of deposit and neither has my friends who was staying in a different hut ! I would never come here again! If I were you’d I’d AVOID this place if you don’t wanna be let down and money stole on you ! 18th - 21st . Refunds take 3-5 working days it’s been over 2 weeks . DO NOT COME HERE BECAUSE YOU WILL BE LET DOWN BIG TIME AND ITS JUSTS WASTE OF MONEY
