Exceptional customer service. I returned to the store after my original visit 2 weeks earlier as I had to get more requirements from my employer re: qualifying safety boots and reimbursement protocols. Jaen was exceptionally knowledgeable, remembered all of my details from my earlier visit, and walked me through multiple offerings across the product lines, carefully explaining the difference between each boot. Jaden encouraged me to take my time and even looked up my employer in their database and confirmed which styles were on the approved list prior to my purchase. I know I can believe in the Red Wing product, but I also know the store I shop at will be as first rate as the shoe.

These shoes are expensive but worth it. The customer service was excellent and the foot scan technology to tell you your size is the first time I've ever experienced that. They were fast friendly and knowledgeable of their products.
